Utilizing 3D scanning and 3D modelling tools, our team will work with you to design and develop entirely new products, or modifications to existing ones to suit a mission specific application.
Utilizing various thermoforming techniques such as free blow forming, drape forming, match mold forming, vacuum forming, pressure forming and annealing as well as injection molding, fabrication and machining we manufacture parts and assemblies to your required specifications.

Form this scan data a 3D model of the proposed bubble was produced, once the 3D bubble was approved, this data was used to produce the tooling from which the actual bubble windows are produced. There are typically two installed, one on each side of the aircraft. This process was used to make the tooling for other helicopter windows and parts such as the Sikorsky S61 the Sikorsky S64, Chinook C234 (cargo hook cover), Bell Medium tail boom light fairing.
